Armchair SESANN by Gianfranco Frattini for Tacchini

A sophisticated icon of 1970s Italian design, leather armchair SESANN was designed by Gianfranco Frattini and produced in Italy by Tacchini.

The SESANN collection by Gianfranco Frattini reflects a new vision of contemporary living and comfort, emphasised by softness and welcoming aesthetics. The armchair features an exposed structure of painted metal tubing, which envelops, contains, and shapes the padding, offering a large and seamless embrace. The leather, with its highly refined detail, was applied entirely by hand, making each piece unique. As part of Tacchini's commitment to reducing emissions and waste, all elements of this chair are 100% recyclable.

Internal frame: cold foam with backrest insert and seat in polyurethane foam. Seat in 18 mm thick poplar plywood and solid fir wood with elastic belts. Base: tubular metal frame Ø 20 mm chromed. Feet: open-pore stained solid ash wood. No removable cover.
