Détails du produit

Brick side table and stool by Gervasoni, designed by Paola Navone. The piece is cut from a section of debarked hornbeam trunk, left raw once the bark is removed. Its perimeter follows the natural shape of the wood, from a near-round profile to a petal-shaped outline, and the finish ranges from bleached wood to darker markings.

Hornbeam retains a percentage of residual humidity that decreases over time; slight cracks may appear as it dries. A nylon glider fixes to the base for aeration when the piece stands on a parquet floor or carpet.
