The Sahara MidGrid Rug by Cassina is a refined fusion of heritage craftsmanship and contemporary design. This handmade wool rug draws inspiration from millennia-old Berber weaving traditions, reimagined in a modern aesthetic through the collaboration with CC-Tapis and renowned designer Charlotte Perriand.
The Sahara MidRug is a decorative item that adds warmth and a unique personality to any room. The sophisticated details, varied hues, and colour effects create harmonies that establish an overall connection and cater to the diverse needs of modern decor. The quality of the fibres and yarns enhances the fine craftsmanship of hand weaving in an ideal blend of skill and contemporary design.
The maximum height of the carpet is 500 cm; for heights exceeding this, a technical evaluation is required. There is no width limit. The Sahara carpet, being natural and handmade, may exhibit dimensional tolerances of ±5%, which do not constitute grounds for complaint.
The dimensions of the carpet can be customised in proportion to the dimensions of the grids that make up the design.
